GORILLA 6 MONTH ADHESIVE WARRANTY
Gorilla offers a 6 month warranty on the adhesive glue on all pads applied to new surfboards. A warranty claim can only be made if the application instructions for the pads have been followed correctly in respect of new surfboards and a pad separates from the deck of the surfboard as a result of normal use. In order to make a warranty claim the faulty pad, proof of purchase (receipt with date of transaction), along with the surfboard, must be returned to the place of purchase for assessment. The retailer may at its discretion determine whether a warranty claim is valid. The retailer will replace the relevant pad for valid warranty claims. To the extent permitted by law, Gorilla is not responsible for any costs, losses or damages (including any indirect or consequential loss or damages) incurred as a result of loss or use of Gorilla products. This warranty applies to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude warranties and conditions implied by law. Consumers may have additional rights at law with respect to the pads.
